Would be 5 stars, but we felt a little out of the loop when our custom frame and mount were being made - we had no timescale to work with, just a 'let's wait and see when we hear from them again'. When it all arrived, we were pleased with the standard and how easy everything fit together. The mounts we received had to be put in a certain way for both sets of holes to line up, had us worried for a minute that the holes were all wrong! Once we rotated one of the mounts 180degs we found everything fit into place. Our 10 small pictures look great now on the wall. Thanks!
