I have used this company before and it worked well.
However on this occasion the picture frame never arrived. Courier said we weren't in so couldn't deliver (but I was home all day) I can't reschedule as the courier has a different address to the one the company gave them and I should contact the company.
I am unable to get in touch with the company.
You phone and get an automated response then get cut off.
Email via company website doesn't work.
I have emailed but no response.
