The service from pic frames was good and prompt. Unfortunately the carrier Parcelforce was another matter. Received text messages re delivery slots etc as promised but then they delivered at a completely different time meaning I missed them. Then they said parcel had been delivered tra local post office but when I went to collect it they had not dropped it off. All in all Parcelforce let pic frames down by their poor service
