I use picframes for my Photograohy business. They have a good range of framing options customisable to the millimetre. Prices are very competitive and turn-around times very good. They're also helpful if you give them a call.
My last order had a small section I had to fill in with black marker where the corners met. Quality is generally very high but occasionally these things seem to slip through. They are good at resolving such issues though - so it's not something that would stop me using them.
