The request for my review, on your part , is very badly timed.
My frame was due to be delivered yesterday between 13:15 & 15:15.
I had to leave my house at 15:30 to collect my children. the delivery driver arrived at my property at 16:05 !
I fully appreciate traffic issues and time pressures, but a phone call informing the customer would be helpful and an email apologising for the missed deadline rather than review request may have been more appropriate !
Hopefully my frame will arrive at some time today!
