Very pleased with the quality of the alternative frame when it arrived but disappointed that until I contacted customer service to query why my order had not arrived by the eighth working day to be told the style selected was out of stock. The service advisor was apologetic and offered any other frame style even if more costly which I accepted and this arrived quickly.
