I ordered 3 made to measure frames for my grandchildren but unfortunately, misread the instructions online and gave the wrong measurements. I explained this to picframes and they very kindly rectified my problem by sending me out 3 new borders post paid free of charge. It was my fault, therefore I must praise Nathan and their customer services. Lovely quality for custom made white wooden frames.
