I ordered four multi-frames and a single frame, and found the quality of the frames and fittings to be good. Packing is excellent. The mounts openings were all too small, a result, I think, of contradictory instructions on the website. It then took some time to get though on the phone. The contact page on the website did work not because the security step had expired. I did get through eventually; my call was treated rather brusquely but to be fair, replacement mounts were dispatched and received within two days, so in the end, I now have all the photographs mounted in smart frames.
