The web site was excellent and allowed me to specify exactly what I needed to mount two large prints. The manufacturing time was in line with expectations from the web site and the order confirmation email. The frames were delivered next day after confirmation of ready for dispatch. And most importantly the quality of the product, and the packaging for delivery, was excellent.
