I ordered a large custom frame and mount (1000 x 400mm) which was exactly as described. I am very happy with the quality. Some other reviews state that the acrylic material has a blue sheen that discolours the image. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. The clear acrylic sheet has protective film ON BOTH SIDES, so if the customer doesn't remove both it looks like the acrylic is tinted: It is actually completely clear when both protective films are removed. The order was delivered in the 1 hour window promised, and was very well packaged. The website wouldn't complete the order process in Chrome but worked perfectly in Internet Explorer. I had to phone Picframes with a query which they handled over the phone very efficiently. Overall really happy with the service, frame and mount quality and delivery - I would definitely consider using them again if I need any more non-standard frame sizes.
