I ordered a substantial oak frame and I am very pleased with the quality and finish. The ability to upload an image to the web site in order to assess the final look is a really good idea, although I did not use it on this occasion. The frame arrived in a sturdy corrugated cardboard package, suitably marked with a "fragile" label. Opening up the frame and peeling off the two layers of protective film from the acrylic window took moments., as did inserting my picture and sealing it up again. Getting inside the delivery packaging took longer than inserting the picture into the frame! The frame is supplied with brass D-rings and a cord, which I now know to be the default fixtures. There are other options available on the Accessories page, but when creating my order I did not notice the vertical scroll bar and missed them! Worth remembering when you do it.
