Brilliant frame, shaky communication! I am delighted with the frame I ordered and the price was competitive, the moulding is of a high quality. The corner mitres aren’t perfect to my critical eye, but more than acceptable and it is a large frame which won’t help. Unfortunately the communication was pretty poor, the telephone number seems to not get answered all the time and my frame was delayed by over a week and no communication was made regarding this at all, however it was slightly made up by them sending overnight. I am overall very happy and recommend using picframes as they now appear to be one of the best online frame suppliers. However hopeful this feedback will prove useful! Many thanks!
