The frame and mount were excellent and the website very clear about ensuring you get the right size etc. The only thing that is annoying is that Parcelforce is the delivery method. They are very sketchy, no option to leave in a safe place and very hard to change the delivery date. There are other better delivery services I think. But I want to stress that the finished product from Picframes is good.
