I was very pleased with the result of my order. The frame arrived quickly and was well made - very neat corners. The only slight difficulty I had was that the frame was made exactly the same size as my picture mount so fitting the mount into the frame required a tiny bit of trimming. I'd suggest making a small allowance - maybe adding 1mm to each dimension to allow an easier fit while still being snug.
