Order shipped on a Wednesday, paid extra for 24 hour delivery. Friday 10am was told that the order had been misplaced by the courier and that there was nothing they could do except delivery on the Saturday (72 hours) or Monday (120 hours). Emailed them 4 times during the day to try to chase but was ignored. Office closed at 4pm so no news until Monday. No idea what’s going on as no one will reply or answer. No discount or refund offered. Order was urgent, hence why upgraded my delivery. What’s the point in paying more to get it even later? My order is with picframes, not DHL. If their courier let them down then they have to take ownership. Shame on picframes for ignoring customers.
