I ordered 3 custom multi print frames and they arrived the following week which was great. However each of the frames had minor scratches and chips on each corner and 1 of the mounts wasn’t symmetrical. I emailed the company straight away including photos and received a prompt reply apologising for the problems. As I required the frames for a project i needed to push forward with the company agreed a partial refund which I was happy with (the damage was mainly on the thin part of each join) and a replacement mount was sent out. Obviously not ideal to receive frames not perfect but the company was very efficient dealing with the issue and resolving the matter.
