Excellent service. I was able to specify exactly the frame that I wanted. I had deliberately chosen a very thin section for the frame, which would have been structurally weak over a long span. Quite correctly, Picframe rang me to query the robustness of my specified frame, but they were happy once I confirmed that I knew that it would need some reinforcement to keep ithe frame square. Picframe added some of their own reinforcement, which was very helpful. The finished picture is now hanging on my wall (after I added further re-inforcement!) and looks just as I hope it would.
