I ordered a frame to fit a theatre billboard which measured 14" x 22", I placed the dimensions in website to include 3 mounts and when I received the frame the size is a 1/4" short so my billboard does not fit.
The fit of the frame is poor also, the frame is black but you can see the wood colour at two of the joints due to a two mm step, I also think the mounts are looser than they should be, which when placed in the frame become uneven.
I have sent two emails to picframes with no reply, one too their customer support and one to their online help.
