The service I received was excellent. The original frame that I chose was out of stock for a couple of weeks, but I was given the option to have a more expensive frame at the same cost as the original, so that I didn't have to wait for my frames. The information given over the phone about other frames was invaluable in helping me choose. The packaging was excellent, the frames are lovely, and I received them quickly. Excellent.
