I ordered two 10x8 plain wooden frames, and a fancier, larger, silver/gold one. The fancy one is perfect, couldn't be better, and well worth the cost. But the two more ordinary ones are just that - a bit unfinished-looking and rough. For the money, you can get nicer standard-sized frames in the shops. Maybe I will stain and varnish them to make them look better. However, the service and packaging was great
