This was my second order from PicFrames - only a mount this time, for a picture whose size didn't fit the norm. The card mount arrived intact and unbent because it had been expertly & carefully packed. I received a message from the carriers a few days before delivery , as PicFrames had predicted, and the mount was delivered within the hour slot the carriers had specified.
