I was concerned about ordering this frame online as it was a special gift to commemorate the birth of my granddaughter. I simply couldn't be more delighted with my purchase. The website was easy to navigate and ordering a made to measure frame and mount was a very simple process. Communication was great from start to finish, as was delivery. Even receiving a detailed email explaining what to do upon receipt of the frame ie: how to mount the artwork, removing the film on both sides of the glazing etc. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone who is unsure about buying from Picframes.
