Hi, it's crazy to ask me to review this site, as my first order came out poorly cut and left quality control without being noticed at least 3 out of 4 cuts were off line. I have not yet received the replacement, the fact that I am on a deadline has not been catered for. The robotic request shows up something here, about being in touch with your customers, which clearly you are not, asking for a review in this situation is a red flag to a bull. Please complete your requirements with quality, before asking to be praised, If I am ever satisfied by your company I may wish to say so, but at present I am not. So a little premature and ill considered. But that's the hands off automatic business model you wish to pursue. Doesn't really meet the requirements, does it? Don't blame me for my reply, as it is your request for my thoughts at this time which is so oximoronic, and of course the lack of quality in the first instance.
