I must say I am very impressed with the service I received from PicFrames. I sent an e-mail to them concerning the size of a frame I received and the very next day I received a phone call from them. It was so nice to be able to talk to a human being about my problem. It turned out to be a misunderstanding on how the dimensions of the picture frames should be measure, it was not a problem and I received a replacement frame by the beginning of the next week. The frame I received was well built and fitted my dimension exactly, can't say fairer than that.
