I'm genuinely pleased with the quality of my frame. Made of solid wood with excellent attention to detail; all the joins are lined-up perfectly and the wood finishing is smooth, even and looks like a million quid. The hanging hardware also feels nice and high-quality and the included adhesive cork spacers are a really nice touch that makes the end result look nice and professional. I was a little concerned that an acrylic pane wouldn't look as nice as a glass one, but I couldn't be more satisfied with how it looks in the end. The difference between this frame and one of those cheapo Chinese-made frames is night and day. I'll almost certainly be using these guys again in the future.
