I have been impressed with their service. The frames and mounts were made exactly as requested and extremely well packaged. Because I took out insurance, I was able to reorder mounts which were wider at no extra cost. The cost was very competitive, too. Just a bit disappointed that we are unable to communicate by phone ATM.
