For a bespoke picture frame I can’t fault the quality. I was disappointed in having to wait a month to receive the frame though. I appreciate there maybe delays due to COVID-19 but felt the delay excessive. Plus, I had to chase for updates and information re my colour choice for mount was seemingly missed off but no one had been in contact to reconfirm this, it was only by me emailing that this became apparent, otherwise the delay would’ve been longer. As I say, I’m happy with the quality of product, but was let down by the level of customer service. I’d also prefer a method of hanging the frame to come already fitted, rather than having to attach fixings myself with screws etc.
