Although Picframes apologised for the delay in preparing the frame, I didn't think the time delay was unreasonable. Buying something like this on line could be difficult, but it was easy to pick a frame style, and enter the dimensions. The description on the website was very clear, so I was confident that the dimensions would be correct. The frame arrived in perfect condition and was very well packed. The workmanship was A1 and it took me no time to insert the painting and hang the picture in its allotted place. An excellent purchase and very good value for money. Thanks & Regards Mike Goodrich
