Happy enough with the custom made frame that we got for ten photos of our dog who we recently lost. Totally understand the delays to delivery at the moment and we weren’t in a rush anyway. When it arrived, there was a slight bend in the backing as a couple of the metal holders hadn’t been pushed back. My main disappointment is in the cut-outs. The borders of each of the ten cut-outs has a couple of millimetre cut at the end of each line which to me just doesn’t look great and suggests lower than average workmanship than I was expecting. I’d post a photo if I was able. I can live with it and it’s not worth the hassle of returning / refunding but not sure I’d use picframes.co.uk again.
