Very prompt delivery and excellent packaging, unfortunately when we took it out of the bubble wrap the clips which fold down to keep the back on were broken free of the frame and the wood split. As we needed it immediately we glued the bits of wood back into place and fixed the frame backing securely with tape. Overall it looked good but we were disappointed in the quality of the build
