Really good company. Good quality frames. Well packaged. Only issue I have had is not receiving acknowledgement to email queries. I know the phone service has not been manned during the coronavirus pandemic and customers are asked to contact via email. But it is a painful experience getting acknowledgement of any queries. If this were corrected there would be no complaints to an otherwise competent and efficient service.
