The first picture frame arrived damaged, presumably during transit. I contacted PicFrames and explained the problem. They replied within 24 hours to say that a new frame had been ordered and I received the new frame very quickly, within a couple of days. The frame and mounts are just what I ordered. I am extremely pleased with my order and very much appreciate that the frame was replaced so quickly and easily. I would use this company again.
