Ordered custom made frame which was very easy to do on website item arrived a week later. Was kept informed throughout the process and happy with my frame.
The only point I will make is after I ordered I received an email saying some server was down and my order hadn’t been processed and if I still wanted it to reorder. I thought this strange as I had an order number and confirmation so I ignored this. My item arrived as normal without having to get back in touch so wasn’t sure what that was about!!!
