I ordered 5 solid oak frames, 2 with mounts. Customer Services responded quickly to a query I had and the frames arrived in around 2 weeks. They were well packaged and we're very happy with the quality of the frames - both the wood used and the make, they're perfect. We'll definitely be ordering more.
