I placed an order with Picframes for a made to order frame size. The frame arrived & I cut the poster that I had purchased specifically to go in the frame to fit in a stairwell. When we then tried to hang the picture we found out that the frame would not fit as it been made to the wrong size! This was very annoying as i now have a frame that doesn't fit 7 a poster cut to this size! Despite sending 3 emails to the company I still haven't had a response nearly a week later!
I won't be using this company again as the customer service appears to be nonexistent!
