Frames took a while to arrive but under current circumstances I can't complain about that too much. However, quite noticeable damage to one of the frames, which clearly happened before it was packaged, was really not acceptable, so I sent an email of complaint asking what could be done about it - several days later I still have not received a reply to that email. I was surprised today to receive a replacement frame which I was unaware was on it's way - so I think perhaps communication could be better. Ultimately we have all 3 frames as ordered and we are very happy with them.
