Remarkably swift turnaround compared to similar outfits. Quality is also decent for the cost - not amazing, but better than anticipated. Certainly when compared to the cost of alternative frame providers, it was fantastic value for money. The website is slick, easy to use and simple to understand. Communication from the point of order to the point of delivery was great and much appreciated. My only gripe is that the frame came without rear mounts or hanging accessories, but that is a small price to pay. I would absolutely certainly use the service again and would happily recommend it to others.
