Overall very happy with the service and product received from PicFrames, the only reason I didn't give a 5 out of 5 is that I feel their communication could have been a little better.
Before ordering I sent them a query but received no reply, time was short so had to bite the bullet and make the order based on the good reviews I've read, I received a few non-personal automated emails detailing the progress of my order but feel I was ignored when I reached out to them for advice. However I'm glad this didn't put me off but others might feel different.
