Order took even longer than the extended time I was advised of at purchase. No up front communication to notify me, I had to e-mail to find out and this took too long to gain a response. DHL delivery very poor customer service: Received an e-mail from DHL on the morning of schedule delivery advising me it would be between 17:11-18:11 and therefore I made sure I was home well before this time however delivery was attempted at 13:30 (over 3 and a half hours earlier than notified). DHL customer service adviser very unhelpful at rectifying the issue.
