Disgusting and unprofessional service! Damaged multiple items of furniture and they haven’t even been bothered to apologise. We have asked for details of who to escalate to and received nothing from Tracey Mccombe.
The insurance company Century services (Fiona Goulder) that they seem to be affiliated with pickfords and are just as bad, no customer service, bad attitude and are dragging their feet to pay out. The photos only show a small part of the damage DO NOT USE PICKFORDS!!
