Late Grocery Delivery and no Customer Service
A terrible experience with online grocery service today. Goods not delivered on time (1 hour late), and the customer service number takes at least 15 minutes before someone answers, and then they are unable to put you through to a helping agent. Their WhatsApp does not address complaints and their emails are electronically generated without sorting out the problem. Not WORTH USING again.
