Mxm worst service ever. At first they deducted money from my account then the order didn't go through. Today(25/04/26) the driver(Mrd Kumbu Kulinji) went to deliver to wrong address πŸ˜‘ he didn't even bother to call me he just went back with my order now is cancelled i have to wait 7 days to be refunded and mind i have to buy groceries now i have to starve for at least 3 days 😑

Ordered biltong as per app in a brown bag got it in this package and look what is inside. Fat and a few pieces of biltong. I am so over FNB that switched us over to PnP as they are more expensive and they just do not have the same standard. And the image won't upload because it is probably disgusting.

Terrible service and even worse after service, driver went to the wrong house to deliver, and chose whatsapp for his convenience to communicate,i didnt get my delivery. It was an important and urgent need for my pet and i was highly irate at the service. Later on i saw a whatsapp message saying hi im outside, but there was never anyone there as we had been on the lookout since the delivery time was expected... clearly he was at the wrong house. I tried ti get in tiuch with him , he read ny messages but did nt reply, i called him via a normal call and he did nt answer, i contacted the chat centre for help and i was given an automated response that i had to wait three minutes and there was 2 others before me, i waited 5 min, then ten, then it was saying 1 minute ... then all of a sudden back to 3 min... i went, then it said i am offline and nobody will respond. Over half an hour later there was some messages which i only saw this morning because i went off the chat cntr. I called three time on the 086 nunber for help, and nobody helped me, i asked for the store manager to call me and nobody called back, the agent said yr order has been cancelled for a refund. This was my last money before pay to buy cat food, i used it on the app cos i cudnt get to the store, and now i have to wait 3 to 5 working days to buy cat food. This is absurd, the manammger should have called me back at least and the store should have taken responsibility forntheir employees stupidity. Further i have to outline, whatsapp is data and signal fed , so its not an ideal method for business contact for deliveries etc... some of us have our whatsapp quite privately set so we dont even get whatsapp calls from unknown numbers...

Hot Cross buns traditional, bought yesterday had no flavour and no spice. It looked okay but the only time it tasted like anything was if you happen to have a raisin in that bite. Sadly can't upload a picture this system says to try again later or contact support

The online delivery is non-existing with barely any feedback as to why the delivery was not made. Second time this happened. Will be using Dash or 60/60 in future.

I bought the usual Parsley jar last Friday rushing as I do. I know every inch of the V&A layout as of the Adelphi Sea Point, changes & ALL. I literally grabbed the PARSLEY in the first spices aisle opposite the frozen dinners are & carried on shopping. Well I used the latest one just last night & suddenly noted the pouring holes were different, the feel of the bottle PLUS the ID LABEL - WOW what a change & 2 x gms more for the same price. I'm now also going to look see what other spices have been added. I/we surely mostly ALL grew up on Robertsons Spices - a household brand, always reliable - but nothing wrong with competitive prices. Well done PnP Team !!

I usually shop & V&A Waterfront. I bought 2 trays of mince pies just before Xmas. I gave the one tray as a gift BUT when I opened mine all the pastry was cracked across the board. I did return mid-week (damn) and with slip in hand forgot the pie tray. I mentioned in passing to the duty manager that I would bring back within the week to exchange with goods & slip of course. I did that yesterday - selected a clear non-cracked pastry tray (there was so much the week before they had been stacked on top of each other - they were standing up like books so not to crush : YES ! I went back to the same trusty Manager on Duty : GONDA MUNEER, who was ever so helpful as before THANK YOU. There many other floor managers who I know well by face - too many names to remember - they know who I am, so well done to you all.

There were 2 items missing WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS OR IS IT THEFT FROM THE DRIVER OR JUST SIMPLE FRAUD Its not as though it was a gigantic order Who runs this outfit will make contact to night with the MD on linked in. \Another thing the international number is not working Jesus no wonder is in trouble

I’m so disappointed on the PnP ice cream brand that is currently going on special at R140 for 2,it’s total rubbish and looks so nasty 🀒 .It made me to think that they are not respecting us as customers,I’m sending it back and ask for my money. 😳😳

The Rugby Cards are an absolute ripoff. Started collecting for my grandson and spent quite a bit in shopping and got 6 card packs. He was so excited. Opened them and they were all the same. Surely the checkout tills are given an assortment of cards. If you wish to run a promotion of this sort then sort out your system.

I've been asking gor a refund since the 14th of september 25, on the 27 they said they refunded me but no money came to my acount. Please return my R413 or I will take this further I'm tired of making follow ups with you. pick n pay ignore my emails.
