Today(25/04/26) the driver(Mrd Kumbu Kulinji) went to deliver to wrong address 😑 he didn't even bother to call me he just went back with my order now is cancelled i have to wait 7 days to be refunded and mind i have to buy groceries now i have to starve for at least 3 days 😡”

“Ordered biltong as per app in a brown bag got it in this package and look what is inside. Fat and a few pieces of biltong. I am so over FNB that switched us over to PnP as they are more expensive and they just do not have the same standard. And the image won't upload because it is probably disgusting.”
“Terrible service and even worse after service, driver went to the wrong house to deliver, and chose whatsapp for his convenience to communicate,i didnt get my delivery. It was an important and urgent need for my pet and i was highly irate at the service. Later on i saw a whatsapp message saying hi im outside, but there was never anyone there as we had been on the lookout since the delivery time was expected... clearly he was at the wrong house. I tried ti get in tiuch with him , he read ny messages but did nt reply, i called him via a normal call and he did nt answer, i contacted the chat centre for help and i was given an automated response that i had to wait three minutes and there was 2 others before me, i waited 5 min, then ten, then it was saying 1 minute ... then all of a sudden back to 3 min... i went, then it said i am offline and nobody will respond. Over half an hour later there was some messages which i only saw this morning because i went off the chat cntr. I called three time on the 086 nunber for help, and nobody helped me, i asked for the store manager to call me and nobody called back, the agent said yr order has been cancelled for a refund. This was my last money before pay to buy cat food, i used it on the app cos i cudnt get to the store, and now i have to wait 3 to 5 working days to buy cat food. This is absurd, the manammger should have called me back at least and the store should have taken responsibility forntheir employees stupidity. Further i have to outline, whatsapp is data and signal fed , so its not an ideal method for business contact for deliveries etc... some of us have our whatsapp quite privately set so we dont even get whatsapp calls from unknown numbers...”
“Hot Cross buns traditional, bought yesterday had no flavour and no spice. It looked okay but the only time it tasted like anything was if you happen to have a raisin in that bite.

“Hi, I would like to caution you against continuing to use the PicknPay asap app!
On Saturday, 9 August 2025, I utilised the PicknPay asap app to place an order, as I occasionally would do. After patiently waiting over an hour for the delivery to be made, the driver (whose details I could not retrieve due to him ending the trip whilst I was in the process of getting his details), cancelled the delivery - indicating that “the customer was unavailable”. Upon the delivery being cancelled, I immediately contacted the store, expressing how aggrieved I was by not only the driver lying, claiming to have tried to reach me when there was no contact made by him, but that I was willing to go and collect the order in-store.
To fast forward, the refund was allegedly processed the same day by PicknPay, but that I would need to allow a 3-5 turnaround time for the funds to reflect in my bank account. To date, the refund has not been processed. I have been using my airtime calling the PicknPay customer careline, desperately hoping for some form of assistance, but have either been asked to hold tirelessly on the line or that the agent would return my phone call.
I have been a long-standing customer of PicknPay and at this point am utterly dismayed by this appalling experience. I will NEVER use this app again, and would strongly discourage anyone else from using it.
As for that driver who had cancelled the delivery, I pray he gets what he deserves!”
“Their service is very poor, they don't even deserve 1 star. I ordered at 4pm today even now my order is not delivered, apparently it is sitting there with the driver n I am supposed to accept on the day he feels its suitable for him to deliver. Yes that how much pick n pay is gambling with our lives. I called customer service about 8 times in that 4hrs of waiting only one last lady was helpful and tracked the order that's how I managed to know the driver picked it up n decided not to deliver”
