Awful - they pick items that are nearly expired, tiny items (like avocado's 4 to a bag), dented cans etc.
I have waited over two hours for delivery, the drivers always get lost and I have wasted hundreds of Rands calling Mr D to get them to read detailed instructions on how to find me.
Mr D agents are rude and ignorant.
Awful service - and we pay more for items than in store. I have been told by Mr D "agents" to cook at home if I am not happy with delivery and to return items to the store if they are not to my liking! Useless.
