Their service is very poor, they don't even deserve 1 star. I ordered at 4pm today even now my order is not delivered, apparently it is sitting there with the driver n I am supposed to accept on the day he feels its suitable for him to deliver. Yes that how much pick n pay is gambling with our lives. I called customer service about 8 times in that 4hrs of waiting only one last lady was helpful and tracked the order that's how I managed to know the driver picked it up n decided not to deliver
