Disappointing service delivery I placed an order on Friday 28 March 2025 on the Pick n Pay ASAP app. The order shows that it was delivered, but I never received it. I reported this immediately through the app rating, after receiving the notification from the app that the order was delivered and I have received no satisfactory answer or a refund after lodging the complaint. Please assist as I am at wits end. I sent numerous follow up emails to enquire about the status of my complaint, but to no avail and the last correspondence I received was 5 days ago. I've tried calling Customer service, held on forever and decided to abandon the call. It's been more than a week without receiving my order or a refund.
