I placed an order in May. A couple weeks went by without hearing anything. I messaged and emailed without any response. Finally, after messaging again I got an answer and they finally sent my order. On two different style nose pins the stone fell out after only 2 days. Before I got home, the other 2 stones on one of the pieces fell out while sitting in the bag! I also wore a pair of earI cuff wraps and within 30 minutes, 3 of the stones fell out. I contacted them and was asked to send pictures and the item numbers. I did so and it’s been a couple weeks and I haven’t heard back yet. I spent $243 on this site! I had plans for most of this jewelry but after this, I can not count on any of it being good quality. I am not at all happy with this company and do not recommend them.
