“Legit if you're thinking of buying from these people, don't. They use to be good, but now they're based in the UK their customer service has gone out the window. I ordered a ring and it didn't even come, the tunnels were terrible quality and they havnt even refunded me for the missing item. Soon as it comes to them giving money away they go hide. “I placed an order in May. A couple weeks went by without hearing anything. I messaged and emailed without any response. Finally, after messaging again I got an answer and they finally sent my order. On two different style nose pins the stone fell out after only 2 days. Before I got home, the other 2 stones on one of the pieces fell out while sitting in the bag! I also wore a pair of earI cuff wraps and within 30 minutes, 3 of the stones fell out. I contacted them and was asked to send pictures and the item numbers. I did so and it’s been a couple weeks and I haven’t heard back yet. I spent $243 on this site! I had plans for most of this jewelry but after this, I can not count on any of it being good quality. I am not at all happy with this company and do not recommend them.”

“Well, their customer service is non-existent. I have called about 10 times in total, the US number posted on their website, and I always got through to some sort of message taking service. Basically there's this lady that takes messages from you over the phone and says she's going to e-mail them to: john@ehotbay.com.
So I placed an order and wanted to get in touch in order to find out the type of post they used to send out my order and the country that my order is coming from(so I could estimate myself how long it might take before I'll receive the goods). It's been 10 days and counting since I sent my reply to the e-mail I received that confirmed my order. It's been 6 days since I e-mailed John directly and still no reply to this day.
I cannot imagine people will buy again when their requests and questions are being ignored.
So, I received my order. This doesn't take away the fact that no one has called me back, despite me leaving several messages with this lady, no one has come back to me, or replied to any of my e-mails. It's just terrible. I thought it was a scam. In a way, I think it is a little bit. If you're a single person running the business, just say so, so people know what to expect.
So, I'm leaving this info here, as I cannot find anywhere else to do so.

“I placed an order April 27th and as of today, September 10th, I have yet to receive the entire shipment. I understand that some items may be out of stock, but this was never mentioned until I called after receiving a partial order. Out of the items I did receive, many of them were one piece to a pair of plugs, which is completely useless for resale purposes. The invoice was also extremely inaccurate, and when questioned was told that they intentionally did this for customs purposes so that it appeared to be a smaller order.
I have sent many emails and was finally told about a month and a half ago that some of the inventory was now in stock and was being shipped. Having not received what was promised: the inventory that is now in stock and a partial refund, I will no longer be doing business with piercebody.com. I have had to turn away customers knowing very well that I ordered the exact item requested and I am astonished by the terrible customer service and lack of communication within this company.”
