I had an Pimlico engineer who wasn't be able to fix a leaking but he charged me anyway plus he charged me 150 pounds for extra 20 mins past 6pm although he spent at least 30 mins on call with his partner and I paid for that time,
I have complained to the customer service who said we will fix the issue and back to you with the refund but they are totally disappeared . very expensive VS poor service
