Your plumber (Michael Hall) spotted a problem with damaged stopcocks on a previous visit. It was easy to arrange a return appointment at short notice, to fit in with other commitments, and the issue was resolved promptly. He worked very quickly and tidily, with minimal disruption, and I am, as always, delighted with Pimlico Plumbers service. As a bonus, it also cost considerably less than I had expected.
